New Physician Announcement: Welcoming Dr. Iti Yadav

We are excited to announce that Dr.Iti Yadav joined the HKSCMD team in May 2019 to provide Hospital Coverage in Nephrology. Dr. Yadav has endeared herself to all of her patients with excellent and compassionate service for many years in the area as Hospitalist in Internal Medicine. She is highly qualified with training in Internal Medicine, General Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology. Her key interests lay in integrating patient care, minimizing polypharmacy and in offering a holistic approach to her patients. She is also a busy mother of an active toddler and loves to travel to new destinations and take nature hikes.
